We’re here to help parents, teachers, and institutes using eClassy.
Contact support
Email us and include your app name, device (iOS or Android), and a short description of the issue. We usually reply within one business day.
In the app: Settings → Help & support → Contact support (this opens an email with your app version already filled in).
eClassy Class (parents)
eClassy Class helps parents stay connected to their child’s classroom — homework, announcements, attendance, grades, and teacher messages.
- Linking a child: Use the invite code from your child’s teacher. You can link multiple children from Settings.
- Announcements & homework: Open the home screen and select a child to view class updates and assignments.
- Notifications: Turn on push notifications in Settings to receive alerts. Past messages appear in Notification history.
- Account: Sign out or delete your account from Settings. See how to delete your account.

eClassy Teacher
eClassy Teacher is for tutors, private teachers, and learning institutes to manage classes, students, homework, announcements, attendance, and parent communication.
- Getting started: Create your account, set up classes and students, then share parent invite codes so families can link in eClassy Class.
- Institute teachers: Link your institute with the code from your institute owner in Settings if you signed up with Google or Apple.
- Notifications: Parents receive alerts in eClassy Class when you publish homework, announcements, and other updates.
- Account: Sign out or delete your account from Settings. See how to delete your account.

Common questions
- Wrong app? Parents should use eClassy Class. Teachers should use eClassy Teacher. The same phone number cannot be both account types.
- No invite code? Ask your child’s teacher or institute — they generate codes in eClassy Teacher.
- Not receiving notifications? Check push notifications in app Settings and in your device system settings.
- Phone sign-in on iOS simulator? Use a Firebase test phone number configured in the developer console, or test on a real device.
