How to Request Account Deletion
Required Information
Please include the following information in your email:
- Phone number used for registration
- Email address (if you used one)
- Full name as registered
- Application name
- Reason for deletion (optional but helpful)
What Will Be Deleted
- Personal information (name, phone, email)
- Account credentials and login details
- Appointment history and booking records
- FCM tokens and notification preferences
- User preferences and settings
- All associated data and metadata
Processing Timeline
Response time: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
Deletion completion: All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Important Notes
⚠️ Irreversible Action: Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Data Retention: Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by law.
Third-party Services: If you used Google Sign-In, you may need to manage your Google account settings separately.
